    Be Cautious With Stripe

It is the third and last time i am writing about the same problem. My email account has been terminated and i can not communicate with Stripe to change the email address. I've tried reaching out multiple times regarding an issue with my account pausing and email address change need and have received zero responses. It's been over one month, and despite sending detailed emails and trying to contact support through every channel, no response.

Using stripe for the past 3 years with good experience. Some smaller things could be improved but overall no issues so far. Stripe can hold your money without notice and give you no way to resolve it.

I feel bad for the employees, help?

I have been attempting to resolve a payout issue with Stripe at a total of $2306.40 since December. On 17 March was "taken care of" and immediately reversed the next day with no notification or explanation? I received a note from Marky 1 April letting me know, yet again, that it is being worked after inquiring about it again. I appreciate the team and the fact that they are trying but it would really help if there was CONTINUITY IN MANAGEMENT OF THE CASE and suspect one phone call would likely resolve the issue very quickly.
